Give us a call we may still be making deliveries and be able to fit yours in if it is after 1:30 pm. Orders placed online for same day delivery Monday - Friday must be placed no later than 1:00 pm. However, we reserve the right to deliver your order the next day, based on time of day that order was received and area for delivery. We will try and contact you prior to making that change. Orders received after 10 AM on Saturday will be delivered the following business day. If you need to have your delivery done at a specific time of day, during regular business hours, choose the Timed Delivery (running clock) as an add on to your order. You will have the option in the Delivery Instructions to let us know what time you need this delivered. We reserve the right to a 30 minute buffer. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. Sympathy flowers are exempt from this, we deliver these when the funeral home instructs us to. Timed Delivery does not apply to same day delivery - if you choose that and we cannot accommodate we will send you an email and add the additional funds to the product order.

Delivery and Substitution policy:

 PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE DELIVERY ADDRESS YOU ENTER - WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR RETURN TO REDELIVER AN ORDER WE LEFT AT AN INCORRECT ADDRESS.

A local delivery fee of 9.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)  If you need to have your delivery done at a specific time of day, during regular business hours, choose the Timed Delivery (running clock) as an add on to your order.  You will have the option in the Delivery Instructions to let us know what time you need this delivered.  We reserve the right to a 30 minute buffer.  We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.  Sympathy flowers are exempt from this, we deliver these when the funeral home instructs us to. U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 pm M-F in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Saturday orders must be received by 10:00 AM. Orders received after that time will be delivered the next business day. Give us a call we may be able to deliver same day deliveries received M-F after 1:00 pm. 



We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays with the exception of Sympathy deliveries to local funeral homes and Mother's Day. Sunday deliveries must be received no later than 10:00 AM ET on the Saturday before. Any other deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
